Ballwright's panel editor needs mouse-precision dragging and a
real sidebar — it doesn't translate well to a phone. Here's a quick
look at what it does instead.
◈ BALLWRIGHTsoccer-ball panel drafting
Panel Pattern
Panels share their corner vertices. Drag a red vertex and every
symmetric vertex around the ball moves with it. Cyan dots
bend a seam at its edge midpoint. Each panel's fill always anchors
to its own current center automatically — the surface hugs the
sphere however far you push a vertex, and any wedge folded back on
itself by a hard drag is skipped rather than drawn as a tear, so
you'll see a small gap instead of broken geometry.
